Long time since I last grated a carrot, I forgot how to do it correctly, to not hurt myself and that the carrot stay in the bowl of my salad. My salad today was lovely, greens, lemon, peanut butter, apple. Yesterday’s leftovers in a hot vegetable sauce. Millet with chestnut milk, cinammon and lemon.
