Abundance 49.

Library. 14:12 of a Thursday. People is having lunch and I feel happy on my own, walking in the sun and enjoying the silence of this time. More over because I do not wear my hearing aids due to not having bluetooth to connect with my Mac.
I got up, opened the windows and doors to the air blowing away the nighties. Meditation with the fresh coming in. There are days when my body is more flexible than usual, when feels running easily, working out happily and today is one of those days.
Pumpkin, I love them although it is so hard to take their peel off to eating their orangey flesh. Ginger, nutmeg, cloves. Into the oven. Delicious. Also courgettes on the bottom. Good, good, good. Delicious. 2 of my fingers hurt, cold water, toothpaste and a pluster, caring about them.
I washed my hair, it is lighter.
